The Indo-Malayan Archipelago is an archipelago also known as the East Indies. It refers to the group of islands in between the Buddhist countries of Indochina, and the cosmopolitan nation of Australia. To the west of this archipelago are The Indies, also known as The Indian Subcontinent. To the east, lie the islands of Oceania in The Great Pacific, scattered like a large bucket of seeds.
