This article contains a full list of people who have been arrested in jailed in Gvarii, for various offences, both Gvariians and non-Gvariians.

Currently in prison

1. Simon Tseng ( citizen ), former prime minister of Gvarii, MPA , former member of the PPG and current prime minister of Western Thalassa ( another TMU country ) sentenced ( on 31 July 2025 ) to 3 months in Supreme court for treason, espionage, breach of trust, leaking important information from People's Assembly, revoking of citizenship was narrowly avoided via a vote in the People's Assembly

   Other Punishments: Impeached as prime minister, suspension from the People's Assembly, removal as Whatsapp community admin and expulsion from the PPG

2. Ayden, member of the KFP ( non-citizen ), a classified terrorist group in Gvarii and Deriskinta, known to have organised and took part in rioting and causing civil unrest in civilian capital of Gvarii a few days after the 1st general election

   Imprisoned for being a threat to national security as a member of the KFP

Formerly in jail

1. Vosti ( citizen ), then-member of the GDP, sentenced to 2 days in jail for not voting in the 1st general election, sentenced extended by 2 hours for remaining in GDP and not leaving it

2. Ayden, foreigner who used the f word on Gvarii, was sentenced to 2 days jail on 1 count of public nuisance before being moved to prison

Absconded

1. Elliot C., former member of the GDP, MPA and minister and King of Vandehoeken ( another TMU country ), was expelled from the GDP, removed as Whatsapp community admin and suspended from the People's Assembly for allowing Vandehoeken to annex the ( previously terra nullis ) lore territory of Eastern Thalassa from Gvarii, a day after the latter had claimed it. He left Gvarii on his own before a trial could be held and he did not serve time in jail or prison. His Gvariian citizenship was subsequently revoked.
