A Hybrid Dinner

Yesterday, I ate a hybrid dinner. Taco Shells, Mexican; partially Aztec due to the tortilla element. Greek salad with salad seasoning ( including grilled vegetables ): Greek. Karaage Chicken with dill seasoning: Japanese. Falafel: Lebanese. Sausages: ( disputed origin )

These were all the elements of the dinner that made it so hybrid. I couldn't place any name for the dinner. I also couldn't define the cultural cuisine of the dinner.
