Seeing a bushy clearing, a drug lord by the name of Rodriguez ran for his worthless life, before hiding among foliage. Eventually, he entered a cave. He killed a bear living there using his gun. Then, he gathered firewood and made a fire. He made sure that he was concealed by dense flora, to avoid attracting attention.

As darkness fell, Rodriguez heard footsteps a metre away. Pressed for time, he used the bear skin as clothing and ruffled his hair to resemble a hermit.

He also put on an aggressive and lost face as he took out his gun.

The Texan policemen nearby spotted the hermit, but retreated as they did not recognise the hermit. Moreover, the Texan policemen’s faulty tracking devices told them that Rodriguez was faraway from Rodriguez’s actual location.

For days, policemen across Louisiana and Texas searched for Rodriguez, but to no avail.

The intelligent Rodriguez escaped through the Sabine River, before riding a speedboat to Havana, where he was treated like a king for helping Cuban drug cartels to flourish across America.

However, to become powerful in Cuba, Rodriguez needed the support of the Cuban government. Gaining popularity among the locals, he joined the Cuban Communist Party.

He became so powerful that he became the president of Cuba. His first move as Cuban president was to attack America using missiles that systematically destroyed important government and business buildings, halving the daily earnings of America instantly.

However, Cuba needed allies. Its first ally was Mexico, who declared war on America, launching an invasion into California that failed. Needing more allies, Cuba invaded the Bahamas. America and Britain helped defend the Bahamas, but Cuba, with the help of Mexico, defeated the Bahamian forces. As a result of this successful Cuban-Mexican offensive, Haiti allied with Cuba and Mexico to defend Mexico’s conquered territory of California. Mexico had annexed California while America was busy helping to defend the Bahamas. Sensing a major threat for them, Belize and Panama teamed up on the side of America. As a result, Belize was annexed by Mexico over the following month.

By that time, America had retaken California and was preparing for an all-out offensive into Mexico, which sued for peace, giving up Baja California.

The next day, Britain pulled out of the war due to financial reasons, pressuring Panama to do so in return for incorporation into the UK. Panama pulled out of the war, as per instructed, resulting in the rise of its economy. Panama became a country of the UK, with great autonomy.

This greatly soured the relationship between America and the UK.

Elections in the Dominican Republic would turn the tide of the war as a president who believed in Hispaniolan unification was elected. He led a successful invasion into the weakened Haiti, defeating it. Its government was exiled to the American territory of Puerto Rico, where it hacked into US intelligence, and sent malware to all government machines in America.
